Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have **7 days** from the date you receive your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns
  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. Defective or Damaged Items (Unboxing Video Required)
Important: To be eligible for a full refund or exchange due to damage or defects, customers **must provide an unboxing video** clearly showing the package being opened and the defect/damage found.

If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (or bank transfer). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
